The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is committed to helping all audiences — from kids to parents and guardians to law-enforcement officers and educators — learn the aspects of Internet safety.

FBI Internet Safety Guidelines
Our children are our Nation's most valuable asset. They represent the bright future of our country and hold our hopes for a better Nation. Our children are also the most vulnerable members of society. Protecting our children against the fear of crime and from becoming victims of crime must be a national priority.

Michigan's Cyber Safety Initiative
Michigan's Cyber Safety Initiative provides online and onsite safety education programs for schools and communities.  Information and online forms for reporting Internet abuses against a child are provided. 

Wayne County Resources
Information on what you should do if you suspect your child is communicating with a sexual predator on-line & what you can do to minimize the chances of an online exploiter victimizing your child.

Oakland County Resources
Child Internet Safety Program: Child safety is at the forefront of parents' minds in light of the numerous child abductions that have occurred and child predators that prey on young children via the Internet. In an effort to equip parents with the necessary tools to protect their children, the Sheriff's Office holds Internet safety presentations for students and adults. Computer Crimes Unit.

Macomb County Resources
Macomb Area Computer Enforcement Unit (MACE) is a computer crimes task force formed by Sheriff Hackel. MACE will investigate complaints, which involve computer type crimes. There are officers/deputies from the Sheriff's Office and the FBI assigned to the Task Force.
