A Shepherd's Mission: High Church & Home Movies

June 29, 2009 - Archbishop Vigneron received a pallium from Pope Benedict XVI.

Brought to you by the Catholic Television Network of Detroit, "A Shepherd's Mission: High Church & Home Movies" gives both a prayerful and personal perspective of Archbishop Allen Vigneron's pilgrimage to the Vatican to receive the pallium, a vestment which symbolizes his role as a shepherd in the Church. In the half-hour program, a professional camera crew is joined by Archbishop Vigneron's 11- and 10-year-old nephews, Garrett and Griffin Vigneron. Together, they follow the archbishop through the streets and churches of Rome and share in his experience of receiving the pallium from Pope Benedict XVI.
